Frequently Asked Questions
  • What website platform (s) do you use?
    We build all of our CMS (content management sites) with a variety of tools. Wix is our go-to and favorite website builder. The site you are currently on was built in Wix. Other sites we build in are Squarespace. If you would like your website built in Squarespace, a plan must be purchased in advance.
  • How does pricing work?
    Based on the package that you choose pricing can range from $1,200 to $3,600. A deposit fee in the amount of 25% of the total cost is required upfront. Deposits fees are non-refundable. This will also be stated in your contract. The remaining amount is due upon completion on the invoice issue date. The Parties agree that in the event that the invoice is not paid within fifteen days, the Designer will be entitled to charge a late fee of $25. For web design projects, if you are wanting products, events, or blog posts uploaded, there is an additional fee of $5 per upload! You are entitled to 2 revisions. Any revisions exceeding this amount will be chargeable at a rate of $25 per revision.
  • How long will it take?
    This varies widely based on the project whether it is graphic or web design. Projects can range from 2 weeks to 3 months or more.
  • Do you create custom websites?
    Yes! Custom websites start at $1,000. This is for a one-page website. It is an additional $100 per page (for example: services, an about page, policies, contact page, shop page and etc.) It is only an additional $25 for a blog or events page. A deposit fee in the amount of 25% of the total cost is required upfront. Deposits fees are non-refundable. This will also be stated in your contract. It is an additional fee of $5 per product, event and blog post upload.
  • Am I able to just get a logo created?
    Yes! We can create your logo suite. For your logo suite we provide four variations. Your logo suite will include a: primary logo, secondary logo, word mark and favicon. We provide four variations of your logo to meet different needs for branding purposes. Our logo suites start at $250 Note: We are able to create an individual logo. Individual logos starts at $75.
  • Can I purchase a website template?
    Yes. Website templates start at $150. If you have purchased a website template, please include the email that you want associated with your website. Websites will be transferred to your account within 24 hours and your purchase will include a digital document explaining how to edit your website. If you would like CLM.CO to complete your website, there is a service charge in the amount of $100. Product and blog post are an additional $5 per upload.
  • What if I need a website update?
    Website updates start at $35. It is an additional $10 per page update. Blog posts and product uploads are an additional $5 per upload.
  • What print items can I receive?
